LL - Preliminary Plat Fees

Note: Plats of 10 or more lots and planned unit developments whithin the Issaquah or Renton School District are required to pay half of their Issaquah or Renton School District Fee at the time of final approval. The balance is due at the issuance of each building permit. The current full fee for the Issaquah School District is $4,728 per single family residence and $0 per multifamily unit. The current full fee for the Renton School Disctrict is $1,003 per single family residence and $3,268 per multifamily unit. A fee of $3,805 will be collected for each transportation traffic model run.
